Menopause Yoga

Yoga for menopause: yoga exercises taken from Mediyoga and Yinyoga where I will go through acupuncture points and herbs that are helpful in getting you through menopause (the second spring as it is called in Chinese medicine) in a hopefully smooth way. It is suitable for both those who want to prevent and those who are in the middle of menopause. 

When registering, please describe your symptoms or if you are taking preventive measures; this will make it easier to adapt the exercises for the group.
