Yin Yoga
In yin yoga, you lie or sit in a position for 3-5 minutes, preferably on a soft and comfortable wool mat. With the help of bolsters and pillows, you get deeper into the position and are helped to relax a little more.
Yin yoga stretches the connective tissue, which is found in the dermis, among other things, the older you get, the more it dries out and makes us stiffer the older we get. By doing yin yoga, we stretch the connective tissue, so we become more mobile.
Yin yoga with shiatsu assistance means that I will press on various acupuncture points during the session, (optional) this provides an even deeper relaxation. I will also guide you in points you can press yourself and we will also use tennis balls to access acupuncture points.
